What is Creamed Honey? Don't let the name fool you—there’s zero dairy involved! Creamed honey (also known as spun or whipped honey) is pure honey that has undergone a natural, controlled crystallization process. This gives it a silky smooth, velvet-like texture that makes it incredibly spreadable without any of the drippy mess.

I’ve been bugging Beau to brew up a new batch, but he needs a little motivation from YOU. Help us pick our next flavor profile inspired by history!

🌸 Metheglin (Renaissance Era) – Spiced & herbal mead. Think Hibiscus, Cinnamon, Cloves, or Rosemary! (!!!!MY personal vote! 🙋‍♀️)

🍷 Pyment (Enlightenment Era) – A lush blend of fermented grape juice & honey.

Did you know that purple honey can’t be intentionally produced by beekeepers? It only happens naturally when bees visit kudzu blossoms ~~ something they usually avoid unless there’s a severe summer dry spell or nectar shortage! ☀️🐝

Because it relies on these specific, unusually dry weather conditions, this extraordinary honey only appears sporadically. It features a stunning amethyst color, a unique floral aroma, and a delightful grapey finish you have to taste to believe. 🍇💜

It's National Anti-Boredom Month! ☀️🐝

After the excitement of the 4th of July, that mid-summer lull can definitely start to set in. But this month is all about breaking free from the mundane, sparking your imagination, and keeping your taste buds active!

If you are looking for a lively way to beat the heat and shake up your routine, I have the perfect solution. Get a nice, light bee "BUZZ" with a refreshing summer cocktail! 🍷🐝

Try making Courson’s Harvest Lemonade at home using our very own Beau’s Bees Saw Palmetto & Gallberry Honey!

🍋 COURSON'S HARVEST LEMONADE 🍋

1 Cup fresh Lemon Juice
1 ½ Cups Courson’s “Mead”
4 Cups Water

How to make it:
1️⃣ Strain the fresh lemon juice through a fine-mesh strainer.
2️⃣ Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher.
3️⃣ Chill in the fridge for an hour.
4️⃣ Serve over plenty of ice!

✨ Pro-tip: Feel free to add a little more "Mead" if desired!
