This year, we’re dedicating one day each month to immerse ourselves in something one of our team members is passionate about.

This month, Duane wanted to show us his garden and then have a backyard BBQ!

We started off with lunch, which he generously made for all of us. Then we spent some time in his amazing garden, learning about his plants, tools, soil, etc. After that, we spent the rest of the day in the sun playing games (he built the co****le boards and Jenga set himself!), soaking in the hot tub, relaxing on hammocks, and just enjoying each other’s company. It was such a fun, laid back, restorative day.

We’re having the best time supporting each other’s passions this year 🫶🏼
