I wrote this book through the lens of Stage IV cancer, but it was never meant only for people with cancer. It’s for anyone who has ever been handed a diagnosis, faced addiction, struggled with their health, fought through loss, or reached a point where life made them wonder, “What can I actually do from here?”

Treatment can be vital. But I learned there was another piece I had never really been taught: how to actively participate in creating an environment for healing.

This isn’t a book telling you to do exactly what I did. It’s my story, my awakening, and the lessons that helped me realize we may have far more influence over our health and our lives than we’ve been led to believe.

If you know someone who needs that message right now, please share this with them. That may end up meaning more to me than the sale itself.
