🌸🧵 ONE WHOLE YEAR OF BRITT’S BLOSSOM & BOBBIN! 🧵🌸
October 12, 2025, I officially started this little business, and somehow, here we are ONE WHOLE YEAR later! 🥹🤍
When I first started Britt’s Blossom & Bobbin, I had no idea what this journey would hold. I had a sewing machine, a love for creating things with my hands, and a little dream I wanted to see grow. I couldn’t have imagined all the things God would do with something that started so small!
This past year has taught me so much. I’ve learned new things, tried new ideas, made things I never thought I’d be able to make, and watched my little business grow in ways that have made me stop and thank God. Has everything been easy? Absolutely not! There have been slow seasons, frustrating days, and moments when I’ve wondered what comes next. But through it all, God has continued to remind me that even the smallest beginnings can grow into something beautiful. 🌱
And one of the BIGGEST blessings of this entire journey has been getting to GIVE BACK. 🤍
Being able to use the gifts God has given me to bless others has meant more to me than I could ever put into words. From making hankies to donate to hospice and nursing home residents, to being able to bless others through different projects and acts of kindness, I’ve been reminded that this business is about so much more than selling things I’ve sewn. Getting to give, serve, and bring a little joy to someone else has been one of the most rewarding parts of this entire year. The fact that my little sewing business has allowed me to do that is something I will NEVER take for granted. Every time I’m able to give back, my heart is just so full. 🥹🙏🏻
That’s what I want Britt’s Blossom & Bobbin to be about. Yes, I want to grow my business, create beautiful things, and reach more people. But more than that, I want everything I do to reflect the goodness of God. I want every order to be made with love, every package to carry a little encouragement, and every opportunity to give to be a reminder that we are blessed so we can be a blessing to others. 🌸
To everyone who has purchased something, shared a post, invited a friend, encouraged me, prayed for me, or simply stopped by to support my little corner of the sewing world: THANK YOU. You have played a part in this first year, and I am so grateful for every single one of you. You may think it’s just a purchase or a share, but to a small business owner, those things mean the WORLD. 🤍
And most importantly, thank You, Lord, for allowing me to do this. Thank You for the gifts, the opportunities, the lessons, the people, and even the difficult days that have helped me grow. I know I couldn’t have done this without You, and I pray that Britt’s Blossom & Bobbin continues to honor You in everything it does. 🙏🏻
Here’s to YEAR TWO! 🥂🌷 I can’t wait to see what God has in store, what new things I’ll create, and how many more people we’ll be able to bless along the way!
