Spice & Vine Mercantile has been a staple of Spokane Valley for nearly 10 years and now the torch has been passed. The "girls" - sisters Kelly and Shelly Stanley - have taken on the challenge of continuing the wonderful little store that Jan and Bill created and nurtured.
