We’re accepting gently used, clean kids’ clothing & shoes of all sizes, along with NEW hygiene products.
Every donation helps us keep our mobile clothing closets stocked with free essentials for children and families throughout Stafford, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Orange & Caroline.

A Piece of Cannabis History, Now in Our Collection

We’re incredibly excited to share a remarkable piece of cannabis history that we’ve just acquired and now have on display in the store.

This original 1996 IND (Investigational New Drug) program canister was used to hold federally grown cannabis ci******es produced for select patients participating in the Compassionate Investigational New Drug program. The label identifies the material as having been manufactured in April 1996 by the Research Triangle Institute.
Alongside the canister is documentation of the program and the patients who participated in it. This is a fascinating snapshot of a very different chapter in American cannabis history.
Before today’s dispensaries, legal markets, and modern cannabis culture, there were patients, researchers, and advocates navigating a system where access to cannabis was extraordinarily limited.

We’re proud to preserve and share artifacts like this, not simply as cannabis memorabilia, but as pieces of the story that brought us to where we are today!
