🔊 "Bella Sonus Piccola Model 20" by Michael H.

"I used REW and XSIM with all the techniques I have learned including gated measurements via impulse response, Baffle Step Compensation and Acoustic Centering. The crossover frequency is 2600 Hz. The response curve is tuned to a gentle 2 dB Harman curve. The internal volume of the enclosure is 0.73 cu ft and there is a rear facing port."

🔊 "Good a Bing and Good a Boom" by J.P., entered in the 2026 Ohio Speaker design competition

"The 18 inch B&C Triaxials will be replaced with 18 inch sub woofers, new lighter & larger Zebrawood woven midrange cones, with custom wound voice coils and N52 magnets instead of Ferrite magnets, that should bring more decibels to the midrange frequency."

"The 18" B&C triaxiale Rated for 800hz Xovers, when I lowered the amp crossover to 250hz brought decibel levels too low to thump, in my opinion are very crisp and powerful, but weren't made to pump low sub bass and are more designed for professional audio stage events accompanied with a separate sub woofer." -J.P.

Asymmetric driver specific passive network optimized around measured electro-acoustic behavior of each transducer - rather than textbook electrical filter."

"I'm new to DIY speaker design in the past year. Trying to find a hobby I keep into, considering I love music and high end audio. Trying to improve with every design I make."
