The garden is doing great! So some new items
Zesty bread and butter, zesty dill, corn relish, mustard pickles, Fire and ice pickles, sweet horseradish, hot horseradish, maple bourbon. Still have the favorites, bread and butter, crunchy dill, sweet and zesty garlic, 14 day sweet is back in stock ( and more coming! ) cinnamon pickles are in process
And of course dilly beans and pickled asparagus!
Dill and sweet relish is in process.

Zesty Dill
Hot Horseradish
Sweet horseradish
Maple Bourbon
Bread and butter
In process:
14 day sweet
Red cinnamon ( some call Christmas pickles)
Asparagus is done
Dilly beans appear to be a constant in process!

All set up for the Cambridge Springs Fire Department! Rides, games, food, vendors!. We are here tonight and tomorrow 5-9, Friday ?-9 and Saturday 10-9! Stop in and support the fire department!

Dilly beans-done! ( ok not completely but the first 50 jars are!)
1st batch of hot horseradish pickles done!
New flavor Fire and Ice done! All available at Waterford HetitageDays!
And of course pickled asparagus, beets, bread and butter pickles, crispy dill, sweet tangy garlic and cowboy candy!
And of course all of the jellies and jams will be there! Stop in and check them out! See you this weekend!

We planted 92 cucumber plants, and they are blooming!
Jars, vinegar, crocks are ready for the new season of pickles!
New flavor this year…. Fire and Ice! I made a small batch ( 6 jars) to try them out! OMG!
I should have some for Waterford Heritage Days!

Sold out of pickled asparagus . However, I was able to find a supplier! 60 jars are curing and should be ready about the end of June- just in time for 4th of July!
