Went to the booth yesterday to organize what was there, add some new items, and bring out some of the stash I picked up in Michigan. If you like the Beatles you’ll want to stop by. I now have two small shelves of Beatles, or their individual cd’s , plus fair amount of dvds mostly of concerts but a couple of documentaries. There are a couple of times where I can remember exactly where I was and what I was doing at that moment. One was November 23, 1963; the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, September 1, 2001. the 9/11 attacks, and September 4, 1964; the first appearance in the U.S. by the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan. The DVD that most fascinates me is one chronicling the Beatles 4 appearances on the Ed Sullivan show. A look back on literal making of history.
I also still have the vintage Beatles poster on the north wall of the booth. And the last of the Beatles Collector plates. Stop by and pick up your Beatles items and fill out your collection.
Tinkers Treasures Antique mall in Springdale right besides Sam’s Club. If you’d like a little extra cash to spend, fill up at the Sam’s Gas Station for the lowest price in town.

Made a flip video of new arrivals for last Friday but due to technical difficulties it didn’t post. Thought I’d list some of what hit the booth. First the disappointing news, Ozzie Osborne- Blizzard of Oz and Pink Floyd- Wish You were Here both already sold. But we still have Led Zeppelin - Soundtrack/ Song remains the Same, double album, KISS- self titled 1st album, Paul Stanley-Kiss, Kiss- Hotter than Hell, Kiss- Love Gun, KISS- Dresses to Kill, and Kiss- Live, double album with wrong The coverKiss- More. There are also Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, a couple of Doobie Brothers and a couple of Seals & Croft both of them are $5 albums. Best of Buddy Holly and the Crickets, and about 20 other bangers. This might be the best group of albums I’ve brought to the booth since we’ve opened. Also brought a bunch of beatles cds and a vintage Beatles poster. aTinkers Treasures Antique mall is opened daily from 10 am to 6 pm., closed Wednesdays.art

Great place to get out of the heat in these hot days. The Sam’s Club gas station out front has the lowest priced gas in Cincinnati so fill your tank then come in and spend some of what you saved, almost like getting an album or cd for free.

Just returned from another trip to Michigan. Drove up Monday and returned yesterday. Picked up the last of a good sized collection I bought from a classmate. I didn’t think there was much there but looking closer, there are some good Bread & Butter albums. My brother who has been lifetime Beatle fan and collector is selling his house and moving to an apartment. I picked up 50+ cds mostly Beatles and a bunch of posters. There are some great iconic posters that I don’t have room for in the booth so they will be available on FBMarketplace. Hope to start listing them tomorrow.
The cds and some albums I’ve been processing should hit the booth Friday. There are several Kiss albums, a Led Zeppelin Live album, a Pink Floyd album, a the Who’s Who are you album, and a bunch of other great stuff. Also should be restocking the Cassettes that we just made available. This weekend looks incredible so take a trip out to Tinkers and add to your music collection and to give you some extra spending money fill your tank at the Sam’s Club which has the lowest gas prices in town.

For aficionados of vinyl records and YouTube enthusiasts, Melinda Murphy, Dillon of Noble Records, and Mountain Man Picker are likely familiar names. In this episode, Melinda discusses 21 essential albums from the 1960s, highlighting Odyssey and Oracle by the Zombies as number 21, a record she believes is a must-listen. Notably, I only became acquainted with this album after its reissue in 2008, commemorating the 40th anniversary of its initial release, and have since developed a considerable fondness for it. i have obtained multiple sealed copies of the album and have it available at the booth. At $25, I don’t believe you can find it at that low of a price anywhere. On Saturday the 27th of June Tinkers Treasure will celebrate the U.S. 250 year anniversary with extended hours, staying open till 9 pm. They originally suggested vendors put their booth on sale for 17.76% off though we found that the computers couldn’t calculate that, so we will set the discount to 18% for Saturday only. Almost all vendors are participating.
In my booth nothing will be excluded. This is your chance to pick up the Zombie’s album or any other album, or even the Budweiser/Dale Earnhardt beer sign with the discount.

In this video, we discuss the top 21 albums of the 1960's that you ...

The booth is looking good, few more changes and we should be good for a while. Our $5 records have been selling well( they are the last two crates on the left).
