Don't forget -- our Jane Austen Book Bedazzling event is now TONIGHT at 6pm at Bloom Wine Bar & Florals! No worries if you can't get there right at 6 -- we'll have the supplies and books available all evening!

We'll also have our pop-up store with lots of great Jane Austen and Regency-inspired books, games, gifts, and merch as well as some new release book titles to stock up on while you're there!

We can't wait to see everyone there!

Due to the forecasted dangerous weather conditions tomorrow evening, we are postponing our Jane Austen Book Bedazzling event. We want to ensure everyone's safety and comfort, and we don't want anyone to have to miss the fun due to dangerous driving conditions or concerns over how the weather might shift throughout the night.

Instead, our event will take place the next day on Thursday, June 18 at 6pm. We are also working with Bloom Wine Bar & Florals to schedule another alternative make up day as well, and we will post that information as soon as we have it!

We are so sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope you can all still make it to either Thursday's event or our future make-up event. Bloom will also be sending out information for anyone who cannot make the new day and prefers a refund in the meantime.

Stay safe out there tomorrow, and we'll see you all soon!

We had SUCH a wonderful day chatting with all who came out to Wild Birds Unlimited's seed sale today! We loved hearing about your favorite nature and bird-related items and experiences as well as sharing book recommendations across all genres! I can't wait to restock our nature section with all of your favorites and some new titles inspired by our conversations! Thanks to each and every person who stopped by to say hi to us today!

Also, a HUGE thank-you to Wade for hosting us and to every single employee of Wild Birds Unlimited for both your generous help today and for supporting us at every step of our journey so far! We are so fortunate to be a part of the kind and helpful Springfield small business community and can't wait for more amazing events!

Birds and books -- what more could you ask for? As anyone who has stopped by our Farmers Market booth knows, we are BIG bird nerds at Elderberry & Plumb Books 🐦🦉🪿🐦‍⬛ We are SO excited to bring our pop-up to their great location and to show you all what great nature and wildlife books and merchandise we've been working to stock! Of course, we'll have some of the newest book releases as well because nothing is better than reading a great new book while experiencing all of nature's beauty!

Oh, did I mentioned they have SHOP CATS? You can stock up on all your books, birdseed, and bird-accesories AND pet the cutest kitties around!

This Sunday, we are excited to welcome Sarah Beth Kiliman of Elderberry & Plumb Bookstore to join us for a book sale event. Elderberry & Plumb is a new indie bookstore slated to open July 1st, located in the Old Aristocracy Hill neighborhood of Springfield. They will occupy the first floor of the John Cranmer Cook historic home, which is right across 7th street from Incredibly Delicious.
Sarah Beth shares “All of us at E&P are nature-lovers with a special affinity for plants, birds, and general wildlife. We are so excited to have the opportunity to share some of our favorite new and beloved nature texts. We’ll have everything from essays on the intricacies and beauty of wildlife to nature flashcards to alphabet bird books for the future generation birders! Of course, we’ll also bring some great new fiction books for you to read while sitting outside, enjoying all the sight and sounds of summer.”
Sunday's event will be held at Wild Birds Unlimited, 1930 S. MacArthur Blvd.
