Welcome to BlockOn Gifts! Unique and custom lighted glass blocks, glass lights, light boxes, glass b This Etsy shop is my side-business.

My name is Jaime Doering and I am the owner and sole creator of BlockOn! I also have a full-time job in the mortgage industry and am a wife and mother in Central Illinois. My craft began like any many others do- by accident. I have always been that “crafty” person in the family. I grew up making scrapbooks and painting/sketching everything I saw. A family member approached me over a decade ago and asked me to make her son a military glass block. She saw it on Pinterest and wanted me to replicate it. I wanted to do my own spin on the idea so I went wild and created this unique military block for her and she told me she loved it so much more than the original design she saw. I posted the photo of the block on my page and before I knew it, all of my friends and family wanted me to make glass blocks for them. I began selling at vendor shows and opened my Etsy store so I could sell across the country. I am very proud to say that I have sold to all 50 states! I started with very simple ideas and designs and over the years I have perfected my craft and I always push myself to come out with new ideas. I have worked hard to make my blocks truly unique and the overall result is beautiful. I truly LOVE making them for people and if you purchase one of them, it will truly be one-of-a-kind.

These little ghosties are ready to haunt your Halloween decor 👻

Handmade, full of personality, and honestly just too cute to be scary. Which one is your favorite—the shocked one, the shy one, or the worried little guy? 😂

Getting a little head start on winter for the vendor booth! ❄️☃️

These little snowmen are handmade from cutting boards, and I’m loving how each one ended up with its own personality. 😂 From the greenery and berries to that tiny top hat, no two are exactly alike.

I’m definitely not ready to say goodbye to fall yet, but I’ve started making some winter pieces behind the scenes so I’m not scrambling later. 😂

These cuties will make their booth debut when the time is right! ☃️✨

👻 Creepy Found Photos are coming to the booth! 👻

At first glance, they look like ordinary old photographs… family vacations, roadside stops, lighthouses, camp photos, small-town memories.

But then you look a little closer. 👀

Maybe there’s someone standing in the corn who shouldn’t be there. A face in a window. A figure under the pier. Something watching from the woods…

$3 each — dig through the basket and find your favorite haunting. 🖤

Just remember… look closely. 😈

Spooky little things have officially taken over my booth 👻🖤

These mini haunted frames are now available! Each one has its own creepy-cute little scene tucked inside an ornate gold frame — ghosts, skeletons, witches and all the weird Halloween goodness. 🎃💀

They’re perfect for a bookshelf, tiered tray, desk, spooky gallery wall… or anywhere that needs just a tiny bit more haunted. 😂

Come snag your favorite before they disappear! 👻

The Halloween corner is officially starting to come to life! 🎃👻

I’ve been painting, creating, and adding new handmade pieces a little at a time, and I’m finally starting to see the vision come together.

Every pumpkin has its own personality. Every ghost is a little different. And there are plenty of spooky oddities, haunted portraits, potions, and more on the way. 🧙‍♀️✨

If you’re as excited for Halloween as I am (and I know some of you are 😅), stop by Hodge Podge Heaven and see what’s new. I have a feeling this is going to be my favorite collection yet.

🎃 Something wicked is making its way to Hodge Podge Heaven… 👻

My workshop has officially been taken over by Halloween. 🕸️

I’ve been wrapping mummies, bottling mysterious potions, collecting haunted portraits, crafting eerie décor, and creating all sorts of spooky oddities that will be arriving at my booth over the next few weeks.

Just a few things you’ll find:
🧟 Freshly Unearthed Mummies (available for adoption!)
🧪 Potion Bottles
🖼️ Haunted Portraits
🔮 Witchy Décor
☠️ Poison Boxes
🎃 And plenty more surprises…

Every piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, so no two visits will be exactly the same!

Stay tuned… because Halloween is taking over my booth one creepy creation at a time. 🖤🕸️
