Sound healing uses vibration and carefully tuned frequencies to help nudge your energy field back into a state of relaxation and balance ✨🍀🌈 Crystal singing bowls create a space for the body to heal itself, gently cradling you as you surrender to the waves of sound 🌊

This sound bath will be offered in exchange for a heart-led donation: pay whatever you can 💗 Wear comfy clothes, and bring a yoga mat or blanket if you prefer to lay on the ground. I’ll have some blankets and cushions, as well as chairs if you prefer to be seated
