When Sam Walton opened the doors to the first Walmart in 1962, his goal was to save people money so they can live better. Through Facebook, we’re able to talk to you, find out what’s on your mind and let you know what we’re up to. It’s just another way we’re working to give the millions of families who shop at Walmart more of what they love—ways to save money and live better.

🏈 Hard work pays off—on and off the field! 🏈

We couldn’t be more proud of one of our amazing associates who continues to show us what dedication, determination, and hard work look like every day at Walmart—and then takes that same hustle onto the football field! 💪

Over his last two games at Springfield High School, he has scored an incredible 5 touchdowns! 🔥🏈

We love watching our associates chase their goals, work hard, and shine both inside and outside of work. Keep putting in the work, keep believing in yourself, and keep making us proud!

Congratulations on an amazing two games! We’re cheering you on every step of the way! 💙👏🏈
