I genuinely cannot thank everyone enough for coming out and supporting us today! The turnout was absolutely AMAZING and beyond anything I could have ever imagined.
Our Community Trunk-or-Treat was such a success! Thank you to every business, volunteer, family, and individual who helped make tonight possible. Seeing our community come together like that was truly something special. โค๏ธ
๐ GIVEAWAY UPDATE: I will be announcing our giveaway winner in approximately 1โ1.5 hours! Iโll be entering everyoneโs names into a spin wheel to randomly select our winner, so keep an eye on our page! I will contact the winner directly via text.
I also want to take a moment to address todayโs penny sale.
First and foremost, THANK YOU to everyone who participated, especially those who stood in line for hours and showed our staff patience, kindness, and understanding. I know the lines were long, the store was busy, and things got a little overwhelming.
I also understand that some customers left frustrated or upset, and I truly wish everyoneโs experience could have been perfect.
But I do want to gently remind everyone that we are a small business. We were working as hard and as quickly as we possibly could to accommodate an incredible number of people.
My entire goal with Abracadabra has always been to help families stretch their dollars further, enjoy the little things, and afford items they might not otherwise be able to purchase without breaking their budgets. Being able to offer items for just ONE PENNY is something Iโm incredibly happy we could do for our community.
All I ask in return is a little patience, kindness, and consideration for one another, especially during sales of this size. A little understanding goes such a long way, not just for our staff, but for the other customers around you.
At the end of the day, weโre all human. Weโre doing our best, and I truly believe that treating each other with a little more kindness can make a world of difference.
To everyone who supported us, waited patiently, shared a kind word, helped another customer, or simply came out to enjoy the festivities โ THANK YOU.
Today was an incredible reminder of why I started Abracadabra in the first place.
Iโm exhausted, Iโm grateful, and my heart is so full. โค๏ธ
