Anechoic just dropped the post on their new Fibonacci Lite 9mm can. Although there's some mixed data in the report on the page, full length tends to be more promising on non-booster suppressors.

It has our attention for sure!

Did you read the actual 49 page decision by the DOJ from yesterday's press release? It's ok if you didn't get very far, we stopped at the first line of it and really didn't want to go much deeper. That first line sets the tone and it says so much about how veterans like me feel about anyone turning 18.

Our laws deem an eighteen-year-old “mature enough to be drafted,
vote, serve as a juror, and be sentenced to death."

There's not much more to be said to set the stage, but please read up, this one's important! We don't have any guidance from the DOJ or the ATF on the topic, but you can bet your paycheck, I'll be calling the MOAG's office on Monday morning on it.

Customer: I just realized my CCW permit is up for renewal next year. Not that we really need it in Missouri.

ASGP Staff: Do you know what the difference is between having the permit and not?

Customer: A FELONY!

Anthony chimes in: No. It's the difference between being able to pick your future spouse and having it picked for you. (let this one stew a minute and it will come to you)

5th Circuit says handgun purchase bans across state lines are unconstitutional! States are going to LOSE their minds that they'll have to allow sales across state lines with a background check.

Yes, state governments are THAT level of stupid.....and we all know it.

UH OH!!!! This press release from the DOJ is about to be a HUGE problem since NO FFL has received guidance from the DOJ or the ATF on the matter. In fact, our ATF agents locally are probably in the "WHAT THE....." mindset if they see the press release.

18-20 (21 less 1 day)? Handgun bans for those ages are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and unenforceable per the DOJ. Well freaking DUH!!! It's amazing when the government, especially a judge, reads the doggone Constitution!!

Now for the problem. NO, you cannot currently walk into a shop and purchase a handgun if you are under 21. Not yet anyway. We'll be forced to wait for guidance and yes, we expect we WILL get walk-in questions (and demands) on this over the next few days.

Today, the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel released a legal opinion concluding that the federal prohibition may not be enforced against licensed dealers selling handguns to otherwise law-abiding adults ages 18 to 20 consistent with the Second Amendment.

I owe you all an apology. I fouled my camera footage this morning and didn't get anything useful on the FPM Nein. But, I do have feedback.

AR pistol
300 Blackout 10.5 inch barrel
200gr Wi******er suppressor ready 300BLK

First round pop was significant, but given this is a 36 cal suppressor, I expected it to be considerable. It took about 3 rounds to gas up and get quiet and we were testing the KAK Inudstires K-Series Down-Vent BCG with it today, which helped with the gas at the ejectoin port. I got focused on the BCG for that reason and didn't send 6 rounds down range in each session, fouling the footage as a result.

We'll get this back out on a 9mm AR pistol and a bolt action and/or a lever action 30-30 to see what all we can do. Some subsonic 308 in a bolt action should be interesting. Our intent is to get it out there with serveral AR platforms and see where we can take it, then do the same with some bolt/lever guns.
