I get asked a lot of questions about Reiki. Here are the top ones
1. What if I fall asleep? Please do that means you are in a great relaxed state.
2. How do I lay? Whatever feel comfortable. I prefer clients to be face up in case there is any confusion. But if you like face to the table that is OK too!!
3. Head at the door or the wall? What do you feel comfortable with. I like my head at the door. But it doesn't matter. I always start at the head and move around from there.
4. Anything to bring? An open mind and a peaceful heart. Sometimes we can't have those and it.my hope you do when you leave.
5. Any prep before hand? I encourage people to ground and drink lots of water. If you don't know how to ground ask (it can be super simple!)
6. What happens after? You grow wings and fly away (Kidding...just seeing who is reading this long post 🤣🤣🤣). Really what happened after is up to you. Many people journal about what they experienced while on the table. If anything came through while on the table talk about it with yourself. See how it applies. Drink lots of water. And GROUND!!!!
7. Who should use Reiki? Anyone/thing. Even pets!!!!

We are here to serve you basically seven days a week. Whenever you have time I try to make time. Reiki is an amazing gift and I love sharing it with anyone who wants to sit on the table!! Massage for the soul coming right up!!!
