We focus on providing products in three core areas, women, home, and gift. Ashley draws from her own life experiences as well as the women around her for inspiration when creating and curating products. That is truly the definition of FR & Co. FALL FAMILY PHOTO GIVEAWAY 🤍🍂

Moms already have approximately 900 things to think about at any given moment. And somewhere between school schedules, practices, dinner, work, and keeping everyone generally alive, fall family photos somehow become another entire project.

So, we’d like to take this one off your plate.

We teamed up with Jess from JS Photography STL to give one mom a $225 family photo session + a $200 Ivella shopping spree to get you styled and ready for it.

That’s $425 toward one less thing you have to figure out this fall. We’ll help with the outfits. Jess will handle the photos. You just have to get everyone there. (We unfortunately cannot help you convince your spouse that family photos will, in fact, be painless. 😂)

Meet Emmy 🤍

By day, Emmy is a full-time early intervention occupational therapist. By weekend, she hangs out with us to support her side habits of shopping and the occasional tox 😜

The best part? We ARE her shopping habit.

Emmy was an Ivella customer for years before joining our team, and since becoming an employee, she has yet to take home an actual paycheck. And to be very clear, that is not because I’m not giving her one 😂 Apparently working at your favorite place to shop has its drawbacks.

We’re also very grateful to her husband and 3 year old, Grady for being supportive of this little side gig and letting us steal a few of their weekends, because Emmy has been such a blessing to our team. She brings a ton of energy and an incredibly positive attitude — she’s genuinely like a breath of fresh air when we need it most at the end of a long week.

But don’t let all that positivity fool you. She also keeps it 100% real at all times. 😂 She asks great questions, wants to understand the why behind what we do, is always looking for ways to get better, and will jump headfirst into a styling session without thinking twice.

And somewhere along the way, we discovered another very important reason we get along so well: Emmy is a fellow country bumpkin at heart. Put on some Joe Diffie and the rest of us cease to exist. 🌽

Longtime customer, newest teammate, occupational therapist, enthusiastic paycheck recycler, and exactly the kind of energy we love having around here.

Meet Allie 🤍

There are some people who are just genuinely, sincerely good humans — and Allie is one of them.

She is thoughtful in a way that feels increasingly rare. She pays attention to the little things, cares deeply about the people around her, and is always thinking about how her words might make someone else feel. One of my favorite things about her is actually the way she communicates (which I am 100% certain will surprise her to read 😂). She has this ability to articulate exactly what she means thoughtfully and sincerely.

She also radiates joy. The kind you can feel when she walks into a room — and our customers feel it too. Once, after Allie helped a woman in the store, the customer left, went and bought her a book, and came back just to give it to her. I think that tells you pretty much everything you need to know about the way Allie makes people feel.

A few other important facts: she would NEVER hurt anyone’s feelings, her nails always look fierce, she smiles the exact same way in all photos no-matter-what, she is addicted to Home Goods (at Christmas the whole team benefits from this 😎), and she absolutely HATES being surprise-scared by someone jumping out from behind a fitting room door. I’m not going to tell you how I know that last one. I just do. 🙃
