This scent has a VERY special place in my heart. Not only does it smell like pure comfort with accents of ripe plums, black cherries, and amber… (ugghhhhh so gooooood) BUT it also symbolizes one of my absolute favorite characters in the entire Harry Potter series. I adore what Luna Lovegood symbolizes🌙 I love her beautiful personality. I love how she looks at the world. I love how she doesn’t care what others think of her. As a fellow Ravenclaw, I very much value wisdom and learning, but being able to look at the world through a different lens and to see its beauty all around… that’s something special about Luna. So this one’s for her… the Dirigible Plum.

Also, yes, I know dirigible plums are ORANGE but I love purple. And I’m not sorry about taking the creative liberty🤣 ALSO: please note that this scent will ONLY be available in the large size and in wax melts. Unfortunately, I’ve run headfirst into the small jar shortage ravaging the candle community🙄😭

This one is probably my favorite candle I've made... it's clean and fresh and SO lemon-y, with just a touch of sweetness.🍋 It really does smell like a sherbet lemon (which happens to be one of my favorite sweets, just like Dumbledore). This scent is perfect if you want your home to smell cleaner than it actually is... I'm definitely not speaking from personal experience What's your favorite "Wizarding World" (or Muggle) sweet?

Ohhhh yeah….. You asked, so here it is - Butterbeer!!!🍺 BUT with a *twist* - this is Madam Rosemerta’s recipe, meaning it’s a bit on the sweeter side. With notes of butter, caramel, and vanilla extract, this is the perfect scent to burn on a cold day. I can truly say that burning this candle smells how nostalgia feels - it’s SO cozy, I can’t even describe how “butterbeer-y” this Butterbeer scent is🥰 I searched and searched for the perfect Butterbeer fragrance oils - ones that were reminiscent of the recipe used at Wizarding World [Reference Photo: Me in picture 3 with said Butterbeer & blurred background because I didn’t want to put people in my picture without their consent🥴]. And ya know what? … This is it, y’all. This is it. I even recruited my friends to smell this and burn it for hours because I’m not huge on sweet scents and it was a crowd favorite. I hope you love it, too💗

Now you might be thinking: “Sarah. That’s an awful lot for a candle.” And yes, it sounds like a lot. However, I take into consideration the cost of all materials (mainly fragrance oil) & the amount of labor I put into the product. This was hard work! There was a lot of research and testing that happened & these babies are STRONG!!! I have a high fragrance load in my new collection to really fill your room. And while that’s awesome, it isn’t cheap to do🥴

In doing a comparison, a B&BW candle of 7oz sells for $14.50 & has 25-45 hrs of burn - you’re paying for paraffin wax (which does not produce a clean burn & isn’t as safe as soy), a TON of chemicals, & fragrance oils that you don’t know the origin of, or even WHAT they are. That burn isn’t really safe🤷🏻‍♀️

Now let’s say you want to buy from a small business like mine, not only are you supporting a person & their craft, but at The Three Candlesticks you are guaranteed 100% soy wax, wicks that are lead/zinc-free, & certified CleanScent fragrance oils that are stronger, safer, & are guaranteed to burn longer than that candle you might buy at B&BW or Walmart! Plus, you get an extra ounce & it’s only a few dollars more☺️

I try to provide multiple size/price options so if you want to purchase on a budget, you don’t have to go with the higher price point! And if you can’t afford the smaller size, that’s OKAY!! I’m working on more products for smaller budgets right now, as well. Just following my account, liking posts, and being kind does SO much for my business, even if you can’t buy a candle right now. I TOTALLY understand and am so appreciative of just having you here. Thank you all for understanding & for supporting this journey and this community💞

Perhaps one of the most underrated magical places in all of the Harry Potter series, imo, is Shell Cottage. Oh, the things I would do to escape there right about now… When I’m burning this scent, it reminds me of a citrus-y sea breeze & I feel completely transported. I hope that it will do the same for you😌

There are 2 HOGWARTS LIBRARY candles left in 7.5OZ and that's it!!! Thank you to EVERYONE for an incredibly successful first launch. My goal was to sell 50 candles and I have now sold over 175 in a week - that's mind-blowing! I only have two candles left so grab them while you can before I restock new scents & products in the spring. Thank you, again, everybody - you're all amazing!☺️
