On Monday, September 14, we are opening up from 4:00 to 9:00 for a special Magic: the Gathering Commander event - Ladies' Night!

IMMEDIATE DISCLAIMER: Obviously, "Ladies' Night" is a positively archaic label that doesn't accurately reflect the way we talk about gender in 2026, we waffled for a long time about what to call it, and we didn't come up with anything better. Game stores have not always been the most welcoming places for people whose gender is not "man," so we're inviting those people out for an event put together just for them. **Basically, if you feel like you might belong at this event, you're probably right.**

Just like our regular Friday night Commander gatherings, this event is completely FREE. We'd love to have you out to get in a few games and maybe meet some new people! Remember, that's Monday, September 14 - mark your calendars!

edit: Hellooooooooooooo, everyone! We're not super interested in having a bunch of people fight in the comments - we just want to have a fun event on a night that we would normally be closed. We're confident that the folks who come out will have a good experience, and we're always grateful that we have such an awesome local community that really gets what we're trying to do here. 1️⃣ The International Institute's Festival of Nations in Tower Grove Park starts today! Traffic and parking will be much worse than usual, so please be aware and stay safe. Note some parking tips here if you're stopping by the shop!

Happy Wednesday, folks! We hope your week has been OK despite losing the queen Dolly Parton yesterday 🌈

This week is our usual lineup with One Piece ☠ tonight, MTG Standard ✨and Riftbound 🗡tomorrow, and FNM Commander Friday night!

We've also got a casual Pokemon league from 12 PM-3PM this Saturday; if you come out to play you'll get a free promo pack!

Finally, we'll remind you again later this week but this weekend at Tower Grove Park is the Festival of Nations! Great news if you're out and about, you can stop by and say hi to us, too! This means parking will be a lot harder to find, so please plan ahead!

Our One Piece OP-17 release event is this Saturday! Right now, both of our events are sold out/on a waitlist, but keep an eye on them as it gets closer to Saturday. Please remember that you can only play in one of the events - we want to give as many people a chance to play as we can!

Looking for something different? NEXT Saturday, the 29th, we'll be running a prerelease for Neuroscape! We've had some folks in store playing this since the Kickstarter released, and we're really excited to finally have some for the store!

Other than that, we're looking at regular hours and events for the rest of the month. We'll see you at the shop!

Hi, everyone! We are SO incredibly sorry to ask this, but last Friday, amidst the chaos of prerelease, we believe that we may have accidentally sold a Hobbit collector booster containing a gleaming gold Smaug, the Magnificent. This is extremely embarrassing for us, but we did NOT mean to sell this specific pack. It may have been sold loose or as part of a sealed box. If you received the pack containing this card, PLEASE return it to the store and we will get you the correct Hobbit collector booster that we intended to sell. We realize this is a poor customer experience and we plan to adjust our procedures so that something like this does not happen again. Thank you!!

Our weekly schedule is a little bit off this week, so listen up to these changes!

Tuesday - We are not having our regular Magic Pauper event this week. We will be back at it next week with new cards from The Hobbit!

Wednesday - We are not having our regular One Piece weekly this week, because we are having our Starter Deck Party events instead. There is no pre-registration available for these events - the first 24 people to register will be allowed to play, but we will still have decks available for sale for people who arrive after we reach the cap.

Friday - We are not having our regular Commander night, because we are having The Hobbit Prerelease instead. Friday night is sold out, but we still have spots left for two events on Saturday and one on Sunday!
