A little Love Works update... 🩷
Running a small business has been one of the most rewarding and humbling adventures I've ever taken.
This summer has looked a little different than I originally planned. Along with continuing to grow Love Works, I also began an exciting new chapter working at Mystic Valley. It's been an incredible opportunity to learn, connect with wonderful people, and continue growing in ways I never expected. Like any new season of life, it's also meant learning how to balance everything with intention.

Because of that, I wasn't able to create all of the summer products I had hoped to release. Instead of pretending everything is perfectly on schedule, I wanted to simply be honest.

I'm still learning.

I'm learning discipline. I'm learning balance. I'm learning how to build a business with integrity while also showing up for my family, my work, and myself.
Right now my biggest focus is getting the Love Works website live, preparing for an exciting event in September (more details coming soon!), and finishing up Strawberry Fields, which will be available very soon. 🍓

One of the biggest pieces I'm still working through is creating a dedicated studio space. Finding the right place to settle in creatively has been a challenge, but I know it will come together in the right season.

Thank you for being here through all of it, not just the polished moments, but the beautifully imperfect ones too.

Love Works has never just been about soap.
It's about creating something with love, growing alongside this community, and believing that progress is worth celebrating even when it isn't perfect.

I'm still hitting some learning curves with my soap business. I had planned to make a few summer themed bars via cold process. However, we are now in July and I only have my Strawberry Fields soap made. I'll either have to pivot to melt and pour for the summer batches or go ahead and focus on cold process batches for fall.

Strawberry Fields Soap Accomplished! Cold process soap requires these lovelies to cure for 6 weeks before they are ready to use. So excited to slice them!

As always, I used quality, skin loving ingredients. Shea butter, olive oil, avocado butter, sweet almond oil and more. These babies will be as nourishing as they are sweet 🍓
