Ok folks we have probably posted our rescue Rugby 25 times . Rugby has the most patient loving foster parents ever but everyone has a time they are feeling defeated . While Rug is great with most dogs he doesn’t like one of the foster's personal dogs . Imagine living in a home where you have to make sure two dogs can’t get to each other every moment of the day . Rugby has been with our organization almost 3 .5 years . We see dogs like him get scooped up everyday but not our deserving Rugby.
Please consider giving this family a break and the resident dog that has spent half his life already dealing with this separation. Foster or adopt Rugs .
- great with other dogs just not males bigger than him
-cats are ok but could chase (he does live in foster with 3)
-loves a walk and likes to carry his toy
- loves little dogs and can be extremely submissive to them
- shy at first ( needs about three weeks to see his personality
- sat at a rural shelter for 6 months with no interaction prior to his rescue
50 pounds
Please let everyone involved get some peace in their home .
Thank you !
