Have you all seen the images from the USPS sorting facilities across the US right now.
This is why your orders go from label created to delivered with no updates in between. This is also why things are taking much longer than normal once shipped.
So while things normally arrive in 3-5 business days please be aware that during this time that may not happen.
It may take considerably longer to make its way through the USPS system but it will eventually make its way to you.
I am sure they are also overwhelmed with missing package requests at this time as well.
As a reminder, we ask that once your order ships you give it a full 14 business days to get to you no matter what postage you purchased.
It may arrive sooner than that but please be patient and give it time to work its way through the postal system.
