MEET THE DEALER — MARK NEWMAN
Meet our newest dealer, Mark Newman, author and purveyor of Cast Iron Country.
Mark is on a mission: keep these cast-iron treasures out of the scrap yard and put them back where they belong—in our kitchens.
Each piece is lovingly refurbished by Mark and made ready to cook with again. His hope is that these century-old workhorses will continue doing what they were made to do—cook wonderful food, gather people around the table, and eventually become treasured family heirlooms passed from one generation to the next.
From well-loved skillets and Dutch ovens to unusual pieces you may have never seen before, Mark’s new space is a little slice of cast-iron heaven.

Those Two Girls have been RESTOCKING… and apparently we’ve gone a little kitchen crazy.
Copper pots and pans, old cast iron, tinware, vintage utensils, crocks, canisters and all those wonderful kitchen things that have already lived a life — and are ready for another one.
Polished, patinated, practical or purely decorative… we like it all and restraint was never really part of the plan. 😂

Some pieces simply refuse to be background players — and this magnificent ceramic elephant is definitely one of them.
Richly decorated in deep cobalt, turquoise and warm gold tones, with wonderful raised detail and that fabulous howdah perched on his back. He’s exotic, sculptural, gloriously over-the-top and just begging to hold court in a maximalist room.
And paired with that carved wood and marble table? More is more.

AWAKEN YOUR HOME. AWAKEN YOUR SPIRIT.
Sometimes the best decorating doesn’t involve buying a single thing.
After years of living with the things we love, it’s amazing what happens when we simply move them around. A favorite piece suddenly becomes important again. Art looks different on another wall. A wooden heron takes center stage. Candles, plants, paintings and collected treasures find new companions.
I switched switched things around at home and the whole room feels new to me.
Our homes shouldn’t be finished. They should keep evolving right along with us — rearrange, add something new and unexpected, bring something forgotten out of hiding, and fall in love with your treasures all over again.
