We're thrilled to introduce our newest Territory Manager covering the Greater Orlando market!

🎯 What Tiffany loves most about sales: "People first. I love solving problems and watching people succeed."

🎯 Her background: Tiffany's journey began as a part-time leaser in property management while in college, and 24 years later, her passion for the industry is stronger than ever. Over the past 14 years, she has served as a Regional Manager and Director of Operations, specializing in properties with deferred maintenance, value-add opportunities, and full-scale renovations. That hands-on experience means she's worked side by side with suppliers, some of whom are now her colleagues at CORE.

🎯 Fun Fact: Tiffany is afraid of heights and won't go near a ladder... but she has no problem sky diving. She is often found on the golf course, at the shooting range, or out on the water. She proudly calls herself an angler. 🎣

Did you know? The EPA recently announced it will not prioritize enforcement of the January 1, 2026 R-410A installation ban, and that it intends to extend the compliance dates.

Through our HVAC trade association HARDI, CORE Distributing advocated directly for this change, pushing back on a deadline that was creating a real disruption for Multifamily owners and managers.

What this means for you:
🔹You can continue installing R-410A equipment legally manufactured or imported before January 1, 2025.
🔹Federal enforcement of installation deadlines is on pause during this period.
🔹It is currently legal to purchase components (condensers, compressors, coils, air handlers) to repair your existing R-410A systems.

A few things to keep in mind:
🔹The manufacture ban on new R-410A complete systems is still in place.
🔹R-410A components labeled "for servicing only" CAN still be manufactured, purchased, and used to repair existing systems, but cannot be used for brand new complete system installs.
🔹Check your state and local building codes, as they may have their own requirements.

CORE still has a limited stock of R410A condensers! Repair Components will continue to be available through CORE.

Three Events. One Incredible Week.

It’s been a busy one for CORE DFW—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We kicked things off with the FWAA Golf Tournament at Texas Star Golf Course. It was a scorcher, but CORE was proud to sponsor the event and reconnect with familiar faces across the fairways.

Next, we shifted into budget season mode, sitting down with several DFW regional and corporate offices to support their planning meetings. We are excited to bring clarity around A2L refrigerant training and share insights on 2026 expectations. Always good to be part of the conversation that shapes the future.

We wrapped the week with purpose at the AAGD Community Service Day at White Rock Lake—cleaning the shoreline, mulching, clearing flower beds, and removing trash to make the park a better place for everyone. It was a true team effort alongside fellow suppliers and owner-management groups.

From tee times to team strategy to community impact, this week reminded us why we show up: to build relationships, support our industry, and serve our community.

Nothing brings a team together like a little fresh air, open space, and good company!

CORE Distributing’s Sales and Operations teams spent a few days out at the Canyon Ranch for our annual retreat where we combined productive meetings with some unforgettable experiences. Between strategy sessions, team-building activities, a cookoff, time at the gun range, and spotting local wildlife, the group came back even closer and more connected than ever.

Big thanks to everyone who made it such a great event. The energy, collaboration, and camaraderie on display remind us of what makes CORE Distributing so special!
