We’ve had a surprise guest today at Warhammer Stamford!

Robert Rath, author of The Infinite and the Divine, Assassinorum Kingmaker, and The Infinite and the Divine, showed up to chew the fat!

We’ve had a wonderful chinwag, and he has gracefully gifted us a few signature plates for anyone that wants to pick up one of his books! If you’d like one, hop by the store to find out more!

It’s time for WiP… Thursday?!

I’ve been powering through the Ork side of our new display! For the sake of speed I’m employing the Mournfang Method, a favourite technique of mine that is usually reserved for vehicles and terrain. By priming a model black and drybrushing with Mournfang Brown, you can pick out details and base out various flavours of brown, rust, dirt, and even leathers! Perfect for some grimy Orks on the Waaagh!path.

If you’ve never tried the Mournfang Method, I have plenty of Orks to chew through! Come in and help paint me paint them up, and as always, show me what you’re working on below!

I love the smell of WiP Wednesday in the morning!

I’ve had to put my traitor Ultramarines aside, because I’m on display duty!
I’ve built and primed two select forces from the upcoming Armageddon boxed set, and now I get to paint them up! Though, I’m at something of an impasse - do I paint the loyal Space Marines first as an easy win, or do I power through the hordes of Orks because I know they’ll take the most time?
