Now Hiring: Part Time (Fall 2026 with Potential for Extension)
Dunkington is looking to add a part time team member for the remainder of the fall season, with the possibility of continuing beyond the holidays.
We’re committed to supporting local, so we’re specifically looking for someone based in Starkville who can maintain a consistent schedule throughout the season. With the holidays approaching, we need someone who understands that weekends and holiday breaks are some of our busiest times.
Position Details:
• Tuesday through Saturday, with shifts scheduled between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Part time hours (not full day shifts)
• Sundays and Mondays off
• Occasional flexibility for store events, including earlier openings or later closings
• Seasonal position with the potential for continued employment based on business needs
This is a customer facing role involving daily interaction with customers of all ages. The position also includes occasional interaction with Starkville Strong clients, so professionalism, patience, and respect in a variety of situations are essential.
You’ll help with everything from assisting customers and processing purchases to stocking merchandise, maintaining the store, and helping with some of the work that happens behind the scenes.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, personable, willing to take initiative, and comfortable staying busy. Most importantly, we need someone who can commit to their scheduled shifts, especially during the upcoming holiday shopping season.
