I wake up in a cold sweat and immediately check my phone—August 21st. Today’s the day. My body is ready. I bolt out my front door and head straight to 454 East College Ave. It’s been exactly 2,280 hours since I had my last Teadori Biscoff Matcha. In that time, I have grown old, my face has wrinkled, and my hair has turned gray. But one thing persists: my love for matcha.

As soon as the drink touches my lips, I feel reborn. Almost as if I’ve been standing my whole life and just finally sat down. I’m no longer worried about starting classes, I’m no longer worried about finding a job, and I’m no longer worried about that freshman I hit with my car during move-in. I finally feel free.

Teadori reopens Friday, August 21st. We are happy to see you all again and we hope you had a great summer!
