Prayer for Anxiety and Overwhelmed Hearts
Heavenly Father,
You see the weight I carry inside.
The thoughts that race.
The worries that won’t quiet down.
When anxiety rises within me,
draw me into Your presence.
Calm my thoughts.
Steady my breathing.
Restore my joy.
Let Your consolation reach the deepest parts of my heart.
Remind me that I am not alone,
and that You are holding what I cannot.
I place my anxious thoughts into Your hands.
Amen.
