What is the BL2/EX from FAE?

The BL2/EX is a mulching attachment for 8-14 ton excavators. With a Bite Limiter rotor and working widths of 39 or 49 inches, this powerful machine can mulch standing vegetation up to 6 inches in diameter.

What is Bite Limiter technology? A Bite Limiter rotor uses steel profiles to limit the depth of the cut, reducing power demand, increasing efficiency, and decreasing the chance of stalling.
