We shopped till we dropped today, and honestly… I wouldn’t trade a second of it. ❤️
There’s just something so special about spending time with my girls. These are the moments I want to hold onto forever.
But this back-to-school trip hit my Mama heart a little differently this year. With Brylee, I’m realizing just how much of a thief time really is. Somehow, we’ve made it to the “Lasts.” 😭💔
The last first day of high school.
The last back-to-school shopping trip like this.
The last senior year “firsts” that will soon become lasts.
I am SO incredibly grateful that my girls get to go back to school together for one more year, but I’ll be honest… all this senior stuff is tough on this Mama’s heart. 🥹
I want to freeze time, but instead, I’m choosing to count my blessings. I’m thankful for every shopping trip, every laugh, every silly conversation, every memory—and most of all, that my girls still want to spend time with me. ❤️
Because I know one day I’ll look back and wish I could have just one more ordinary day like today.
So for now, I’m soaking it all in… even the bittersweet parts. 🥹💗
Time, please slow down. Mama isn’t ready for all these lasts. ❤️
