Some bookstores are museums, some are coffee shops, we like to think Braveheart is a house party celebrating YOUR love for books! We are delighted this week that two of our customers/ friends gave birth this week- welcome to the world, future leaders/ readers- Maisie and Lenore! 🍼💗
Here’s a look at some of the friendly regular and new faces we saw this week.
1. HUGE thank you and love to Jessica - the worker bee behind . She dropped off our book trail maps and tote bags this week!😻
2. First time visitor came over the nearby MA border from North Adams to check us out.
3. Two of the most talented and musical people I know - Brendan &Kendra of ! They host monthly get togethers where we sing and play instruments to traditional music like Appalachian murder ballads, Scottish folk songs, etc - follow them to join our next gathering! 🎶
4. .a.r.c.u.p.i.a.l from Troy loves to support local artists- she picked up this piece from 🎨
5. Jill & Lindsay from Norwich, CT have been exploring upstate NY. Lindsay is a proof editor for audible books!
6. .jo.s from OK is in the area for the summer working and said we are her new favorite place 🌳
7. First timer James from Albany fell in love with this album cover (and the music) of The Supremes from
8. Troy’s found some treasures to fill her shelves!😻
9. Yohan & Ashanna from East Greenbush stumbled in on us during an adventure day trip - they picked up records, art prints and books📚
10. Our friend practiced her pronunciation of “Edinburgh “ (Ed-in-braaaa) and picked up a Scotland fitba top for her trip to Scotland at the end of the month! Come on Scotland, get past round 1 in the World Cup! 🏴
