Company: D&D Liquidators
Location: Sterling, MA
Hours: Part-Time / Seasonal AND further. Looking for both.
(Approx. 25 hours per week; hours will fluctuate slightly depending on store needs)
A 30-day trial period will be required to determine if we are a good fit for each other.
Schedule Example:
Tuesday & Wednesday noon - 6 or 7 for stocking.
Thursday 10:45- 3:30
Friday 1:45-6:30
Occasional Saturday or Sunday if needed during the holidays or for special occasions.
Some schedule flexibility is necessary.
Pay: Competitive and flexible; $16 - $18 per hour to be negotiated based directly on experience, availability, and reliability. Annual increases will be given based on the same.

We are a small family-owned discount retail store. We sell overstock items that have been liquidated from big retailers. We have a constantly changing inventory.

IMPORTANT!
This job is at times physical - up & down stairs, carrying merchandise, loading & unloading bins, hanging clothing, stocking shelves.
Key Responsibilities:
Checkout Operations: Efficiently cash out customers, process payments, and bag purchases accurately.
Inventory & Stocking: Unpack, process, and organize incoming merchandise. Maintain a steady pace to keep the sales floor stocked, recovered, and neatly organized.
Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, assist shoppers, answer questions, and provide a friendly, welcoming experience.
Store Maintenance: Perform light cleaning and help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient shopping environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous retail, cash-handling, and customer-service experience is a big plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and pride in your work.
Dependability and a strong work ethic.
We’re looking for someone who values hard work, brings a great attitude, provides excellent customer service, and can stay focused and keep their phone put away while on the clock.
Reliability: Absolute dependability is a must. We need a team member we can count on for consistent attendance.
Transportation:
There are no buses that come through Sterling. Must have reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival for all scheduled shifts.
Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting/moving inventory boxes. Up and down stairs.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing inventory levels and occasional scheduling adjustments as business needs fluctuate.
Our hours may expand during the holiday season, and any changes will be discussed in advance to find a schedule that works for everyone.
