Central Prairie Co-op was formed on March 1, 2014 by the merger of the Farmers Cooperative Elevator Company of Nickerson, Kansas, and the Farmers Cooperative Union of Sterling, Kansas. The cooperative provides a full-range of services including grain storage, self-service gas facilities, full-service gas stations, feed milling, animal health products, bulk propane, fuel sales and delivery, and fer

All Central Prairie Coop locations will be closed on Labor Day, unless a producer is harvesting and bringing in grain. Please call your local elevator for hours!

We know harvest doesn’t take a holiday, so we’re here to service you when you need us! If you’re in the field and bringing grain in, our team will be ready to help keep your harvest moving.

• Loading and unloading fertilizer and chemical products
• Filling NH3 tanks
• General maintenance and housekeeping
• Equipment operation (forklift experience is a plus)

No agronomy background? No problem. Agronomy knowledge is helpful but not required.
