Once in a while we’ll break away from hardwood and install a floating floor, this one we got a call from a great returning client in IL, whom we installed a white oak hardwood floor throughout there home years ago. Loki g to replace some carpet in there basement they called me to see if I could install it for them. I didn’t get a whole lot of pics but here are few I grabbed during, It turned out really great for them.

It’s always great when a friend or family member calls and wants there floors done! In this case one of my oldest fiends called me a few weeks ago & His house in had a pipe break and all his living room carpet unexpectedly got ruined. After removal they noticed they had some wood floor underneath, So they called me to come take a look and see if I could do anything to save it, After a day and half of sanding I got this old pine floor cleaned up and applied three coats of water based finish to get them shining again and now this floor will be able to creat new memories with this family.

I must say it’s quite an honor! The article was really well written. I feel like Cody the reporter really listened to my answers to his questions he had. It’s been a blessing to work not just in sterling but the entire Sauk valley area and I lol forward to serving you guys for years to come!

That’s all I could say when I took my first step in here after finsih coating! I was amazed at how natural beauty this piece of history was holding. I had said earlier I wanted to do something special here and I was fortunate enough to get reached out to by ProCoat to try some of there finsih here. Jesse Linton from Pro Coat came out and he brought some of their H2 oil, an oil/water modified finish and some TITAN their top-tie finish. I don’t think A better finish could’ve been applied to this floor. The H2 oil really captured the natural beauty of the floor and the Titan will keep it protected for years and years to come!!!

Don’t scroll past these photos of this historic home in . This place was built in the late 1800’s right at the end of main st. It’s been a family home, a realty office, and now a multi family living structure. Wonder where life will take it next….hard tellin but it’ll have great floors when it gets there! 😉 stay turned &as always thanks!🙏🏽

How we all doing this beautiful morning?
Hopefully as amazing as my client is feeling after walking onto her new floor this morning!
My client here had some water damage and her floors needed to be replaced so we demoed out the old flooring, we went with a select grade, three and a quarter inch white oak I sourced from Missouri hardwoods. After sanding, we stained with Duraseal’s golden oak and finished it off with all water base sealer and finish for an elegant timeless look!
