June is National PTSD Awareness Month.

Around 8% of the US population suffer post traumatic stress disorder at some point in their lives. We encourage those who have survived trauma that still holds them back to seek treatment. Because those traumas don’t have to define you. You can close that chapter, even if you need help to do so. Happier chapters await; allow yourself to be present for them!

We have some free resources here at our store for anyone to pick up.
