Testing a new Core Tackle soft plastic 🤫… The smallies on Beaver Lake approve! Caught this 3lb 5oz smallmouth on an isolated boulder in 20ft of water WITHOUT FFS! I also caught several more nice 1.5 - 2.5lbers

I was using a 3/0 1/8oz Core Tackle Hover Rig and tried to keep it 10ft above the boulders. The water on the lower end of Beaver has 8ft+ of visibility right now, so the bass will come off the bottom a long way to eat your bait.
