My friends, its going to be hot tomorrow. Please check on the elderly. Keep an eye on kids and pets. I was melting today doing chores, and tomorrow is supposed to be hotter.

Set a timer for 15 minutes. Take a break inside that long too if you have to be out.

Unflavored electrolytes have real sugar, not artificial stuff like the flavored ones. You can add kool.aid packets to them to flavor however you want.
