Baby Penny, the first official Washington County Fair mascot, is officially in Washington County and has another letter to share as she gets settled in ahead of the 155th Annual Washington County Fair 2026, happening July 29 through August 2!

She even brought her sister along for the adventure! 💕 Be sure to read her latest letter, then keep an eye out for Baby Penny during the fair. You'll always spot her by her signature pink bow and her Washington County Fair mascot bib!
