If we haven't met yet—or if it's been a while—here’s a little about me...

I'm Traci Leath. I help people buy, sell, and invest in real estate with confidence, clarity, and heart. I live in Snellville, work in Roswell, and serve clients who are navigating some of life’s biggest transitions.

My approach is simple: serve with integrity, show up consistently, and lead with purpose. Whether you’re buying your first home, preparing to downsize, exploring investment opportunities, or just trying to figure out your next step—I’m here to guide you, not pressure you.

This work is personal to me. It’s about relationships, not just real estate, and helping people move forward with peace of mind.

If you're ever curious about the market or unsure where to start, I’m always happy to talk it through. No pressure—just real conversations.

You can learn more or reach out directly through the link in my bio. I’m here to connect when you are ready to start your journey.
