Imagine kicking off Maritime Festival week being serenaded by the U.S. Coast Guard Band. 🎶⚓️

This band holds a special place in my heart. My big brother Tom plays trumpet in the band, and I’ve been lucky enough to experience them from 2010 to 2026 from Boston and D.C. to right here in Connecticut.

Even more special celebrating 50 years of women in the Coast Guard and kicking off an incredible week of maritime tradition in New London. 🤍🎺⚓️
