To my lovely customers and crystal loving family,
It’s with a heavy heart that I’m announcing the closure of my shop, ARDU Crystal & Sage. Doors will close on April 5th at 7 pm. Until then, reasonable offers will be considered for mineral specimens and rough stones.
This has been a very difficult decision, but after months of illness, I’m simply unable to continue with this beautiful and rewarding endeavor at this time. It’s been my pleasure to serve you over the past 5 years and my hope is that this will only be a brief hiatus as I work towards managing a chronic condition as well as building an online presence.
I’ve met so many wonderful people that share my passions in crystals, minerals, rocks and geology and you all have been my driving force; my encouragement to push through the hard times. I can’t begin to express how uplifting it has been to be a part of your lives, even in such a small way. I’ve enjoyed our conversations and the (in shop) relationships I’ve built with many of you.
You’ve opened my mind to the balance of energy and how nature, in its many forms, can help correct imbalances within each of us. And through this, you’ve helped me trust my intuition.
Moms, dads, grandparents and other caregivers,
Thank you for bringing your kids to the shop. I’ve tried to make it as kid friendly as possible and I think you’ve seen that. I hope I’ve helped them learn a few things, to get excited about rocks and minerals for the 1st time or helped their interest grow. Keep doing what you’re doing! The love of nature is so rewarding mentally, physically and psychologically. Next time they ask to come to the shop, please let them know this:

Each of you are so special, Seeing your smiling face or sharing with you the beauty and natural “magic” of rocks and minerals always makes my day. I’ve had so much fun showing you how some rocks can glow with special light, some help conduct energy, others change colors and lots of other interesting things .
Some of you got your 1st rock from ARDU and that’s really special to me. I’ve loved watching you grow and I’ve long considered you “my kids” and that won’t end just because the shop closes. There’s a special place in my heart for each of you and I hope to see you again because, someday in the future, the shop might be open again.
