Hey All!

MENASPICE will be at the Taste of Stoughton this Saturday, June 18th and we’ll be serving up delicious Middle Eastern dishes!

We’ve included a vegan option to accommodate for those who do not consume animal products. This will be the only vegan option at the festival and will be available in limited quantities.

The chicken shawarma will be halal to accommodate for some our Muslim brothers and sister.

So, stop by, say hi and grab a bite of the yummiest food in Stoughton😉

Couscous and fish Tajin. This is my take on the traditional Couscous with fish (كسكسي بالحوت) which is made across North Africa. White fish is most commonly used for this dish and that is what I’ve used here as well.

Making couscous in a tajin (baking dish) is not traditional, but it’s an easy way to get fluffy and favorite couscous that doenst take hours to make.

This dish was made in our traditional clay casserole dish, as a Tajin is traditionally made from clay. This casserole dish can found our our website and in store.
