It's been a hot second since I posted here!

17 weeks pregnant this week, enjoying the warm sun and cool breeze.

At 15 weeks pregnant, I had a very large Hemorrhage and with certain that I lost the baby.

Fortunately, he is doing wonderful, strong heartbeat and growing great.

Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with a large subchorionic hematoma. Due to the size and location, I was put on pelvic rest and restricted activity as this type of hemmorhage increases the risk of preterm labor, stillbirth, placental abruption.

I'm staying positive and resting as much as possible, including napping on the beach.

This is the last time I'm doing this Workshop before the fall so come join me for an amazing evening of gentle aerial stretches, guided meditation, a sound bath, essential oils and chocolate.

No experience necessary.

You need this in your life. It's a very gentle restorative aerial yoga beginner sequence that anyone can do, followed by a beautiful guided meditation and sound bath as you float in the hammock.

Essential oils and chocolate for the sense of smell and taste will be offered as well!
