A Little Something New Is Coming ✨
We’ve been a little quiet on here the last couple of days… but sometimes quiet means we’re busy behind the scenes. 🤍

I’ve been thoughtfully choosing a few new pieces for the boutique—pieces that are easy to wear, flattering, comfortable, and perfect as we begin that little transition from summer into fall. 🍂

One thing I’m learning is that I don’t have to fill every rack overnight. I’d rather choose pieces with intention and bring you things I truly believe you’ll love.

It’s the simple things. 🤍

Sometimes I look around the boutique and realize it isn’t always the big things that make this little place special.

It’s a beautiful plant sitting on an old table, filling the store with the softest, calming fragrance. It’s a basket tucked into just the right spot, a mannequin dressed with a little extra care, or music playing quietly in the background.

It’s the little details.

I love when someone walks through the door and says, “It smells so good in here,” or simply takes their time looking around. I want this little boutique to feel peaceful—a place where, for just a few minutes, you don’t have to hurry.

Thee Quaint Market and Boutique has never been just about clothes for me.
I want it to be an experience—warm, welcoming, peaceful, and filled with simple things that make you feel at home.

Because sometimes the things that make a place special aren’t the things with a price tag. 🤍

🚗❤️ Happy Birthplace of Route 66 Festival Weekend! ❤️🚗

The excitement is already building in downtown Springfield!

My sweet hubby is already there with his classic car, hoping to grab one of his favorite parking spots before all the festivities begin.
If all goes as planned, we'll be joining the parade of classic cars tonight, and we're looking forward to a fun weekend celebrating Route 66!

While the guys are enjoying all the beautiful classic cars, why not take a little drive over to Thee Quaint Market & Boutique in Strafford?

🍂 As I look ahead to fall... I'd love your help! 🍂

Tomorrow I have the opportunity to meet with a new clothing company as I begin selecting styles for the upcoming season. It's one of my favorite parts of owning a boutique—choosing pieces I hope you'll love just as much as I do.

🌻 Happy August 1st! 🌻

As I was scrolling this morning after reading about the loss of a dear family member, this picture came across my screen, and it made me stop for a moment.

Today marks the beginning of a new month... a fresh start... and new opportunities. While my heart is grieving, I'm also reminded that even in difficult seasons, God continues to give us new mercies each morning.

August is a new page in the story.

I'm praying for wisdom, grateful for each blessing, and excited to see how God unfolds His plan for our family and for Thee Quaint Market & Boutique.

Thank you to each of you for supporting our little boutique. Your kindness, encouragement, and prayers mean more than you know.

As you begin this new month, I hope you'll pause for a moment and think about all of the good God has placed in your life.

Dear friends,

Due to the unexpected passing of a very dear cousin who held a special place in my heart, I will be closing Thee Quaint Market & Boutique early today.
I just need some time to go home, be with my family, and process this loss.

Thank you for your understanding, your kindness, and your prayers during this difficult time. Your love and support mean more than you know.

I will return tomorrow 10-2
But this just hit a little too close to home.

As we close out another month, I simply want to say thank you.
