The Cherry on Top Hat Bar is popping up at Box Office Brewery for the Tumbling Run Rodeo Kickoff Party starting at 7:00 PM! 🍒

And can we have a moment for Ellie’s custom Timothy Hill Farm hat?! 😍 A little reminder that our hat bar goes WAY beyond picking accessories — we do custom branding, too!

Bring us an idea and we can make it yours. Your farm or business logo, monogram or initials, pageant title, favorite quote or Bible verse, or even artwork like crowns, cherries, flowers, butterflies + more. The options are pretty much endless, and it makes your hat completely one-of-a-kind. 🤎

The sun has officially set on our time at the 2026 Shenandoah County Fair — year FIVE for Cherry on Top. 🥹🎡🍒

Another fair week in the books, fueled almost entirely by chili dogs, blueberry donuts, sweet tea, and a whole lot of help from the village behind Cherry on Top. ❤️

Ten long, HOT days brought plenty of highs, a few lows, and a whole lot of memories. We sold out of our completely handmade fair tees in TWO days, got rained out of our hat bars two nights in a row, survived five nights of motorsports, watched Cherry on Top styles make their way into the show ring with lambs, goats, cows AND pigs — and then show back up again on sale day. 😂

And through ALL of it, you guys kept showing up. You braved the heat, walked through our doors, shopped small, brought your friends back, showed me what you bought, wore your Cherry outfits around the fairgrounds, and made Charlie one busy little boutique. 🍒🤍

None of it would have been possible without my village — Mom, Dad, Mamaw, Rubye, Tammy, Brian, Ellie, Piper, and all of the customers, supporters, friends, and barn kids who shared a piece of their fair week with us. Whether you worked a shift, brought me food, helped me pack up, stopped in just to say hi, or chose to spend your hard-earned money with my little business, thank you. ❤️

Five years of bringing Cherry on Top to the Shenandoah County Fair, and I’m still endlessly grateful that the fair continues to welcome this little business of mine back year after year — and for all of you who make those ten crazy days worth doing over and over again.

Year 5 was hot, exhausting, slightly chaotic, but such a good one. 🥹🍒🎡

HAT BAR is back at the fair!! 🤠🎀✨

Come see us tomorrow + Saturday starting at 5:30PM and build a hat that’s completely YOU! Pick your hat, then pile on all the good stuff — ribbons, lace, hat bands, feathers, charms, playing cards, florals + so much more. 🍒

Go sweet & girly, full western, a little funky, or somewhere in between — no two hats ever turn out the same and that’s our favorite part. 🫶🏼

We’ll be making hats from 5:30PM until the LAST HAT both nights, so come find Charlie at the Shenandoah County Fair and make one with us! 🎡🤠

Today I made a trip to go down to Cherry on Top Boutique and Ruby Mae’s!!

I did I little shopping at Cherry On Top and just looked around at Ruby Mae’s. The rain stopped me from getting a lot of pictures.

I didn’t get to see Johanna Pearson but still all smiles at both boutiques!!!
