THE DREAM began in 2017, when Two Roads Brewing agreed to host our first POP-UP SHOP!

When my author friends believed in THE DREAM just as much as I did! Thank you Sonya Huber Sarah Prager Sarah King and friends: Davina, Diana, Lauren, and Dinu

2018-2023 - I put THE DREAM down for a little nap. I needed to bring in a W2, support our son’s educational needs, pay for daycare, and so much more!

MORE pop-up shops, and strong support from my community of small business owners who quickly became family - Frenchies Coffee Bar - thank you K, P, and T for welcoming all of my crazy ideas (and almost weekly weekend pop-up shops) at your flagship aka baby Frenchies ;)

In 2024, the brick-and-mortar bookshop on Paradise Green in Stratford, opened our doors at OSB on 9.7.24!

With the support of investors and the guidance of the wonderful team Honeycomb Credit THE DREAM became a reality.

With a grand opening that I couldn’t have been MORE grateful for - food from my family Frenchies Coffee Bar and our town photographer Roger_Salls_Photography there to capture the moments - our community showed up, and continue to do so!

Thank you to our civil service members who volunteer to read every February to kiddos as we spread the LOVE FOR READING (and books) together!

Thank you to our local young people James, and Mack, and Jaylin who are always willing to give a helping hand along with their parents!!!!!!!!

Thank you to Z and L Drowsy Whaler for our partnership, the biscuits AND the author talks with Cindy House and then The Real Joan Lunden and for the A PARADE OF HORRIBLES release party goodies AND the fabulous BOOKSHELF at the DW ❤️
