What we are cooking.

Bagna Cauda
with Summer Vegetables & Grilled Bread
A classic warm Italian dip made silky with slow‑cooked garlic and anchovies. Served with crisp seasonal vegetables and crackling grilled French bread.

40 Clove Garlic Chicken
with Lemon & Fresh Herbs
Chicken with forty cloves of sweet, buttery roasted garlic. Brightened with fresh lemon, thyme, and rosemary for an elegant, summer‑ready dish.

Summer Corn, Basil & Parmesan Risotto
Creamy, golden risotto folded with fresh corn, fragrant basil, and salty Parmesan. Finished with crispy garlic.
