I’ve been quiet. Really quiet. There have been many days that I had the itch to pick up a brush, but my brain was telling me that it was useless, no one cares, no one wants to watch, and hey, you aren’t so great at this anyway.
I tried in October, and that piece is still waiting for me to finish it. Depression sucks. I need to get back to pre January 2021. I am looking for the old Mel. If you see her, send her home. I miss her.
It’s time to start again. Join me? Paint brush out, music on, taking a deep breath.
What are you doing for YOU today? I am healing my soul.
