The recent TNGA bike race proved to be a success, providing an enjoyable experience for all involved. I am personally still recuperating from the extended hours. 🥱 Congratulations to the winner and all participants.

We hope that everyone thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary community crab boil both nights, which was held this weekend as well. We hope to have another one soon!

I'm already looking forward to TNGA 2027! 😁

This Saturday, The Trans North Georgia Adventure (TNGA), a self-supported 350-mile mountain bike bikepacking event crossing the Blue Ridge Mountains from South Carolina to Alabama, will begin. During this time, we will be open 24 hours, serving food 24 hours as well!

We will open at 8 AM Saturday (15th), operating 24 hours until closing Monday (17th) at 6 PM.

The Trans North Georgia (TNGA) is a bikepacking route that snakes through the southern Appalachian mountains from South Carolina to Alabama.

We are closing down the kitchen early today. So sorry, it's just too hot without AC.

Our compressor on our AC unit has decided to die on us. Luckily, it's under warranty, but we can't get the parts until next week. So, we will be out of some of our deli items. It's too hot to heat up the kitchen cooking extras. Sorry for any inconvenience! We will continue to serve food as long as the weather stays manageable.

Cooper's Creek was hit pretty hard during this last storm with flash flooding, some campsites destroyed, and our basement here at the store flooded. Hopefully, the rain stops and these trees stop coming downstream.

Look at this young fisherman! Let's congratulate him on his first fish caught at Rock Creek. He was so proud of his catch. 🎣 🎣

Our kitchen will be closing at 2:30 today and will be closed all day tomorrow. We are installing a new hood vent.
The store part will remain open, and we will have grab-and-go foods in our fridge.
