**URGENTLY HIRING**
Tennis Court Company located in Westhampton Beach, NY is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Secretary.
This position is Part Time, with the possibility of leading to Full Time in the future.
Hours will be: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
Following the below schedule:
January 1 - March 14th 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
March 15th - March 30th 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
April 1st - June 30th 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
July 1st - Sept. 15th 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Sept 16th - Sept 30th 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
October 1st - Dec. 31st 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Assisting office staff
*Incoming and outgoing phone calls to Clients, Customers, and others in a professional and courteous manner.
*Maintain office equipment and company office cleanliness
*Perform other duties as required by Management.
*Typing Construction and Maintenance Contracts.
*Filing
*Notify customers of service call status and follow up with customers after the work is completed.
*Daily field time sheets
*Clerical duty as required, including customer and job data entry.
Qualifications/Skills
**BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH A MUST
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook and Word)
*Ability and willingness to learn
*Excellent time management/ organizational skills
*Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
*Attention to detail and problem solving skills a must
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Must be dog friendly
Education and Experience:
*High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
*Computer proficiency
*Prior office experience suggested, but not required.
